The Small Business Institute named Management Professor Neal Pruchansky an SBI Fellow for 2015. Fellows are selected for their significant and extended involvement and service to SBI and for their contributions to the fields of small business, entrepreneurship, and related areas.

“This individual is an exemplary SBI Director at his college and a valuable member of our organization,” said Hofstra University Business Professor Matthew Sonfield, when he presented the award. “Over the years, he has been one of the strongest contributors to our Project of the Year competitions, and his student teams have won more than 50 of these awards since 1987. Furthermore, this individual has received the SBI Showcase Award and the Homer L. Saunders Mentor Award from the SBI. And appropriately, this person has held workshops at our national conferences on ‘Enhancing Your SBI Program.’

“Beyond the SBI, this individual has extensive experience as an entrepreneur practitioner, and is highly respected in his business community. And one more accolade: a former Fulbright Scholar! I am pleased to award SBI Fellowship to Neal Pruchansky, of Keene State College in New Hampshire.”
