Samurai Stage Swordsmanship Workshop

In preparation of the Theatre and Dance Department’s production of Rashomon at the end of February, certified fight master Jim Beauregard will be in the Mabel Brown Room at 7 p.m.on Friday, February 10, to teach interested KSC students the art of stage combat, Samurai style.

Beauregard is assistant professor of Theatre and Dance and technical director of the Center for the Performing Arts at Dean College in Franklin, Mass., and teaches master classes in stage combat.

He is a founding member of New England Fight Directors.
