Winter Parking Ban

The City of Keene implements its winter parking ban starting NOVEMBER 1st THRU APRIL 30th.
Between November 1 and April 30 there is no parking permitted on any City street between the hours of 1 a.m. and 6 a.m. This restriction includes the paved portion of the roadway and the entire City owned right-of-way.
