Introduction to Canvas

This introduction to the learning management system provides basic Canvas information, resources for faculty, timelines for adoption, etc. Hands-on, participants will work within their practice course creating a syllabus, creating and posting an assignment, setting their Canvas homepage and publishing their course. Faculty must attend this session first in order to have a practice course created for them. This session is intended for beginning users of Canvas, or as a refresher for users that have been away from Canvas. 90 minutes.
