Michale McCann, Professor of Law, Director of the Sports and Entertainment Law Institute at the UNH School of Law and Sports Illustrated Magazine's Legal Analyst, will discuss the Deflategate controversy and the Tom Brady v. NFL litigation. He will discuss key facts and explain how law, science and journalism all played decisive roles. McCann will also offer thoughts on how Deflategate impacts NFL conducts investigations going forward and share opinions on how the controversy alters the legacies of both NFL commissioner Roger Goodell and Patriots quarterback Tom Brady.
