Peer Observation: An Opportunity for Productive Dialog and Development with Dr. Dottie Bauer & Dr. Pru Cuper, Education Department
When carefully planned and delivered, peer observations allow a distinct opportunity for faculty to support and enhance each other’s classroom practice. In this workshop, we will discuss a possible framework as well as a range of strategies for planning, conducting, and debriefing peer observations – whether they will be used for annual evaluations or DPEC reviews or for more informal peer discussion. The content of this workshop will be relevant and useful both to people conducting observations and to instructors being observed. Click HERE to Sign Up for CELT Professional Development
