Bound, Looped, Stitched, and Pinned

Carroll House - Caroll House
Thursday,

"Bound, Looped, Stitched, and Pinned" Contemporary Print Matrices opens with a public reception on January 29, thru February 28.

Printmaking artists from New Hampshire include Jo Dery, Assistant Professor in Film at KSC, Erin Sweeney, Kimberly Anderson Ritchie, and Liz Gallugi Shea. Debra Fisher from New York and Melissa Gill from Arkansas will also be exhibiting their works.

These artists bend our conceptions of printmaking, as they exhibit books, pin bits, add 3 dimensional elements to their walls. Non digital printmaking address concepts of labor and decoration.

The artists will be working with Art students enrolled in Printmaking classes this semester. Color, process, and humor unite all of their work.
