Tom White, Coordinator of Educational Outreach for the Cohen Center for Holocaust and Genocide Studies at Keene State College recently went to Poland with the Auschwitz Institute of Peace and Reconciliation for the Raphael Lempkin Seminar. Tom will reflect on his visit to Poland, the significance of Auschwitz, and the impact it has on his work.This event will include a candle lighting ceremony by a Holocaust survivor to honor International Holocaust Remembrance Day that annually commemorates the liberation of Auschwitz in 1945.
