KSC Concert Band

Redfern Arts Center - Main Theatre

Thursday, October 31, 2013 · 7:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

The Keene State College Concert Band Concert, conducted by Dr. Jim Chesebrough, will be held in the Redfern Arts Center on Thursday October 31, 2013 at 7:30 PM in the Main Theatre. Tickets are $5/$10.

This concert will feature clarinet soloist Matthew Marsit, director of the Dartmouth Wind Ensemble performing “Black Dog” by Scott McAllister. This composition was inspired by an original hit by the rock band “Led Zeppelin.” Funeral March by Edvard Grieg, conducted by assistant conductor Robert Cooper (KSC’14), and Pilatus: Mountain of Dragons by Steven Reineke directed by assistant conductor Sarah Wolff (KSC ’14), will also be on the program.
