I am one of those rare New Hampshirites, I was born here. I grew up around Laconia and still have ties in the Lakes Region. I have an undergrad degree from Boston University and a master's from UNH. After a brief stint at teaching, I began working at the Mason Library in October of 1978. I worked in the old information retrieval system, and then was the periodicals supervisor. In December, 1982, I became the acquisitions supervisor. My duties include a number of different things, but mainly I am involved in the acquisition of materials for the Mason Library. This includes all of the bookkeeping, tracking of orders, check-ins, statistical accounting, and vendor selection. My interests include railroads, hiking, ogling MG models TC and TD, and anything to do with the history of Sullivan, NH. I am active in our local government and serve on the Sullivan Planning Board and as Trustee and Treasurer of the Sullivan Public Library where I also serve as the unofficial curator of their historical collection. 229 Main St., Keene, NH 03435-3201 - Circulation: 603-358-2711 - Reference: 603-358-2710 Library Home | About the Library | Find a Book | Find an eSource | Hours Curriculum Materials Library | Cohen Center for Holocaust Studies | Orang Asli Archive Special Collections | Comments/Questions | Keene Public Library |
