Form Instructions

• Submit form electronically or print and return to the circulation desk.
  
• You are responsible for bringing all reserve material to the library. We are unable to offer retrieval service.
• Allow 48 hours, after receipt of materials, for processing.
• One copy per every 20-25 students is recommended.
• All materials are removed from reserve at the end of the term.
  
• We are unable to place Interlibrary Loan returnables, Reference and Keene Public Library materials on reserve.
• Mason Library is not responsible for lost or damaged personal property.
• Please bring a copy of current syllabus or reading list with materials.
• If you have questions, call the Circulation Desk at 358-2711 and ask for a supervisor
