About the project

The Digitization Committee oversees the development, presentation, and preservation of digital resources created and curated by the Mason Library or by collaboration between the Library and other entities.

Initially, materials for inclusion in the Mason Library Digital Collection will be drawn from Special Collections, including the Orang Asli Archive and the KSC Archive. Once these collections have been established, the Library intends to broaden this service to include teaching/learning materials produced by Keene State faculty.

The Orang Asli Archive Digital Collections focus on contemporary documentation not well represented elsewhere, by concentrating on archival materials. One of our goals is to offer researchers doing comparative studies, through the Internet, access to the unpublished manuscripts, photographs and sound recordings of more recent scholars. This Project will augment and enhance the Orang Asli related holdings of other institutions by providing access to digitized materials, finding aids and cataloging records.
