The Systems Office provides Mason Library with the technical infrastructure to meet the demands of the Library Mission.

We manage the technical infrastructure of the library including: the integrated library system, desktop computing, LAN-based services, Web based services, and client-server platforms. This includes the evaluation and application of new technologies and selection of the library automated system (Keene-Link) hardware and software upgrades and enhancements to improve services for the Mason Library and its patrons.

We participate in library and technology planning, budgeting, and administration with the library staff, Keene Public Library, Campus Information Technology Group (ITG), library automation vendors, and other hardware/software vendors as necessary.

We are involved with campus-wide information technology initiatives.
