Nancy Frost Conant of Greenfield, Mass., writes, "Hello fellow KSC graduates. I think a lot of the years I spent at Keene, especially now that one of my sons is away at college. I hope he's a bit more serious than I was, but makes good friends, as I did. Hi, Patti, Laurie, Joan, Sherry, Karyn, Tina, Robin!" IN MEMORIAM: Maureen West Shelton '74 passed away Dec. 26, 2002, in Spotsylvania, Va. She taught fourth grade in King George County, Va., for nine years and Spotsylvania County for 16 years. 1977 IN MEMORIAM: Timothy Garland '77 passed away on August 13, 2002, at the age of 54. 1979 Dr. James R. Kahrs has been selected to open Peachtree Ridge High School in August 2003. The new school will open with more than 1,600 students and reach 3,000 in three years. Jim has served as a high school principal for 17 years.
