From Nicole Young: "Just wanted to let the KSC family know that Matthew Zhe and I were married on Sept. 17, 2006, after dating for eight years. We met at Keene State our freshman year and started dating our sophomore year. We spent a semester abroad in York, England, our junior year. We currently live in Cranston, R.I.

Melissa "Peppy" Deppe has relocated to Las Vegas and accepted a teaching position with the Clark County School District. She will be teaching K-5 general music."

Eric Dusseault is the residence director of Hoosac Hall at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts after serving as an area coordinator at Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, Md. Eric earned a master's degree in administration from Ball State University in Muncie, Ind., and a bachelor's degree in English from Keene State.

Michael "Vinny" Varrato III e-mails: "I have recently received my master's degree in exercise physiology from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Fla. The health science and fitness option program I received my bachelor's degree in at Keene State excelled me past other students in my major because I was more prepared. Currently I work at Broward Community College as the manager of the fitness center and as a class instructor. In March I will be in Tampa, Fla., for spring training with the Philadelphia Phillies and then continue as a strength and conditioning coach with one of the many Phillies farm teams through September."

IN MEMORIAM: Kimberly A. Ward '03 died Aug. 8, 2006, in Lebanon, N.H. She earned her bachelor's degree in graphic arts.

Stephen Stoner writes: "After two years in Seattle, Wash., I have relocated back to the East Coast, and I am now living in Portland, Maine. I am also continuing my teaching career and work in the community of Gray-New Gloucester."

Kristen Cote returned home to New Hampshire in July after serving with AmeriCorps Disaster Relief. Kristen's service of volunteering took her from California to Louisiana, providing food and shelter and helping victims with rebuilding efforts. She earned the Team Motivator Award and the good wishes of New Hampshire Governor Lynch.
