General Information
In-Room Phones
Students living in College facilities have one working phone outlet in their room. One student in each room must provide a phone to plug into the phone jack. Any industry standard, analog 2500-type, single-line telephone can safely connect to the system. The KSC Bookstore carries a basic Bell Atlantic phone. Other single-line phones such as those manufactured by Northern Telecom, AT&T or ITT, etc., are acceptable for use and may be purchased at most department or office stores. Cordless phones are not recommended. On-campus students are assigned perosnal phone numbers, which they will keep throughout their multi-year stay at KSC, no matter where they live on campus.
Voice Mail
Each student is also issued a personal voice mail box.

Long distance service and billing is handled by Paetec. To contact Paetec:

For repairs or assistance please contact the HelpDesk at 358-2532.
HelpDesk hours are 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday
and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday.
