In general, the request for repair of a Ramtech "Blue Light" phone or one of the Res Hall entry phones (aka Pizza Phone) will be submitted by the Department of Campus Safety or by a Resident Hall Director.

Please note that if only the light for the phone is not working, the request will go to the electricians.  Repairs for the actual phone will go to the HelpDesk.  A copy of either request goes to Campus Safety.
