IT for Staff

ComputerCollege staff require information technology for carrying out desktop computing to administrative activities and for maintaining the enterprise databases of Keene State College. The IT Group supports Keene State College's full spectrum of enterprise systems. Part of the support and services for these are systems are delivered through the enterprise information systems team. Other parts of information technology support are delivered from USNH collaborations and through outsourced operations. Whether inside or outside, all systems are supported by the college's technology infrastructure and IT Group resources.

Major information systems hosted internally include Microsoft Exchange (e-mail and calendaring software), Student Information Systems (SIS by Datatel), Benefactor (also Datatel) Resource25, Student ID and building access cards, college web site, Library catalog, and many others. USNH and ASP outsourcing applications include BANNER for finance, BANNER for HR, Blackboard, "MyKSC" (student portal), parking, and many others.

The IT Group also provides network and telecommunications services to staff. In addition to these infrastructure services, the IT Group also provides a comprehensive collection of information technology services including desktop and server services, HelpDesk services, and enterprise information systems support.
