Keene State College and the IT Group offer training opportunities and resources to support the campus community. Training is provided through the classroom, Microsoft tutorials, videos and Quick Resource Guides. The focus is on end-user applications such as Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2007, 2010, Office 2008 (for Mac) and college specific software. Training options:
The HelpDesk is also available for 1:1 training and/or for staff or departmental meetings.
