Elliot 229 recently underwent renovations to better serve the campus community. The project team was charged with designing a multi-functional space that is flexible and easily reconfigured for use by different campus training groups including partners from HR, Finance, Library, CELT and IT Group.

The "new"training facility can accommodate individuals and groups, as well as self-paced hands-on computer training and instructor led training. The room is also equipped for video conferencing.

The room contains:

• Eno (Smart) board
• New instructor's station which contains a PC
• New data projector
• Laptop cabinet - this contains 16 laptops which will connect to the wireless network and contain our campus standard software.
• Video conferencing equipment including multiple cameras and video displays.
