Enjoy an all-levels yoga break! In this workshop we will use yoga postures, breathing techniques, music and guided meditation to practice being more fully present in this moment. All too often the human mind can be consumed with worried thoughts of the future and the past. Mindful practices, such as yoga, give us the tools to break free of this cycle of worry and to find a stillness and peace that is always present within....despite a chaotic world around us! This workshop is open and welcome to all levels! Tips and modifications will be given for beginners and more experienced practitioners. Please wear comfortable clothing that allow free and easy movement. Mats will be available. Presenter: Jeanelle Boyer
