Meet with Tiffany Mathews and the KSC Dietetic Interns to learn how to transition from consuming foods to compete into eating to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Nutrition needs change after college, especially for student athletes. These changes could contribute to unhealthy portions. We will “rate your plate” and help you balance your energy with your actual nutritional needs now and in the future. A healthy snack will be provided. Many athletes graduate from college and continue to eat like they always have, however, without practice and exercise everyday those habits may lead down a path to unhealthy living.
