Participants will be introduced to the foundation of the diversity and multicultural efforts at Keene State College. This will include a historical exploration of work done in the past and an examination of why these efforts are relevant today in higher education in order to promote academic excellence. Participants will be asked to engage in dialogue with others and how they might contribute to these efforts in their various roles at Keene State. Participants will also learn about the variety of resources available on campus and ways to access these resources to support them as they attempt to fulfuill their goals related to diversity and multiculturalism.
