This basic training will cover topics such as security, confidentiality, relational database concepts, and screen navigation. All Keene State College staff with job functions requiring access to the student information system will be required to satisfactorily complete this training before they receive their user account. All class attendees should have a printed copy of the manual, which can be found in the Outlook Public Folders, in the folder IS Group, subfolder Documents, subfolder Manuals. The document is called Datatel Basic Manual. Please read pages 1-15 and complete the questions on page 16 prior to the start of class.
