Telephone Service

Student rooms in the residence halls have at least one working phone outlet. One student in each room should provide a phone that will be used by all students living in the room. Single line, "Touch-tone™" phones work with the KSC telephone and voice mail system. Computer Connections in the Young Student Center carries phones suitable for residence hall use. Students should look for Touch-tone™ phones made by AT&T, Panasonic etc. if purchasing a phone from a department or office store. Cordless phones are not recommended because they will pick up interference from other phone lines or electronic devices.

Each on campus student is assigned an individual phone number and voice mailbox (VMB) that they will keep throughout their multi-year stay at KSC, even if they move to another residence hall.
