Keene State College extends work-at-home rights to faculty and staff under the terms of the current Microsoft Campus Agreement. The suite of products available under the current MCA may be installed and used on your personally-owned computer for work-related use. You do not own the license or the CDs, rather you are leasing the license and CDs from Keene State College for the term of the agreement which is July 1, 2010-June 30, 2011.

You will be required to remove the software from your personally-owned computer:

• if the Campus Agreement is not renewed by KSC on or before 7/01/11, or
• if you terminate employment with KSC.

Work At Home Use Rights have been ordered by Keene State College for the following products:

Windows XP Pro, SP3
Office Enterprise 2007
Office Mac 2008
Publisher 2007

Purchase
Licensed CD's of the Microsoft Site licensed software for Windows 2000/XP and Macintosh may be purchased at Computer Connections in the Student Center. The cost for each CD bundle is $10.00. Payment accepted will be cash transactions only (credit card, cash, check). No departmental acquisitions will be accepted. Before purchasing software, you must read and sign the Work At Home Acceptance Form.

Note: Each CD can be installed twice on any one workstation. If you purchase a new computer, you will need to purchase new software to install on that computer.

The software available for home distribution is intended for installation on home computers owned by KSC faculty and benefitted staff. Please contact the HelpDesk (x82532) if you want to install additional software on your college-owned computer.
