By submitting this form, you have read and agreed to the KSC Mobile Device Syncing Service Support Agreement:

• The HelpDesk will support connections to the Exchange server so that compatible devices can be configured to sync with your email, calendar, contacts.
• The HelpDesk does not support:
• Hardware issues with your device
• Software issues with your device
• Phone quality of service
• Applications or Operating System Upgrades
• The HelpDesk provides assistance with connecting iPads and other mobile devices to the KSC Network and Exchange Sync Service.
• Primary assistance for iPads is provided by Apple on their website.
• Access to P & Qdrives are not available on iPads/tablets or any other mobile device.
• You will be prompted to set a passcode on your mobile device. This increases the security of your mobile device and the KSC information that may be on your mobile device. This is not optional. All existing USNH, KSC and federal policies (CNUP, Data Access, Ferpa, etc) still apply.
• Do not store KSC sensitive and/or restricted data on your iPad or any other mobile device or any alternative storage sources such as Drop Box.
