This form requests access for a KSC student to login with a unique profile to a faculty or staff workstation. The student will not be able to access faculty\staff documents or Outlook email and will not be able to install any software.

Students must log on using their Net ID (MyKSC username) their password, and use the drop down arrow to specify the STUDENT domain. Unless the student has already changed it, their password is the last 6 digits of their social security number. New students for Spring 08 should use their date of birth as their default password (ex. mmddyy or 01/06/89).

If the student requires access to departmental files on the Q Drive, please fill out a Request for Student Access to Q Drive form instead of this one.
