Most Faculty and Staff at Keene State College are assigned a phone, voice mailbox VMB), and long distance personal billing number (PBN), which is requested by their department budget manager. There are a variety of phones that are used on the system, and they may all be procured from our distributor, NextiraOne, through the Purchasing Office, 603-358-2493.

Note: Please be aware that all of our Meridian phones are under full service contract. This means that if your phone breaks, we can get a replacement under our contract. You do not need to buy a new phone. However, if you would like a different model of phone, you do need to buy a new one.

Voice Mail
In general, each phone line that is used by an individual or department has a Voice Mailbox (VMB) associated with it. Adjunct Faculty are often only assigned a VMB with no associated physical phone.

For repairs or assistance please contact the HelpDesk at 358-2532.
HelpDesk hours are 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday
and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday.
