Requests for moving a phone, computer, or network printer must come directly from the Budget Manager or their Administrative Assistant, not from the employee. All physical network printer, telephone, and computer moves should be combined with the office furniture move. IT Group HelpDesk technicians will unlock and break down the equipment prior to the move. When the move is complete, the IT Group HelpDesk technician will set up and lock down the equipment.
