E-mail Services All KSC faculty, adjunct faculty, operating staff, and PAT (professional/administrative/technical) staff are given a Keene State (keene.edu) e-mail account for their academic and professional use. Check with the HelpDesk or your department's administrative assistant to determine if an account has been set up for you. If an account has not been created, the administrative assistant should submit an Exchange Account Request Form. All complementary staff employees are entitled to a Keene State e-mail account; however, it may not be a necessary component of their work at the College. Employees who need a keene.edu account should work with their supervisor to get one. Ways to access a keene.edu e-mail account:
