The least expensive toner that can be purchased for Dell printers is right on the Dell Premier web site. You can either use a Purchase order or your PCard to buy toner. The IT Group encourages you to purchase Use and Return toner. It's less expensive and more environmentally sound.

1. Go to the Dell Premier Ink & Toner site



2. Hover over Software & Peripherals in the upper menu bar



3. Click on the Printer, Ink and Accessories link in the drop down menu



4. Click on Ink & Toner Selector



5. Select your printer type - Color Laser or Monochrome (B&W) Laser



6. Select your printer model and click Next



7. You will have the option of purchasing bundles of toner or single cartridges using your P Card. The IT Group encourages you to purchase Use and Return toner. It's less expensive and more environmentally sound.
