The Enterprise Information Systems Steering Committee (EISSC) will be responsible for providing guidance and direction for enterprise information systems at Keene State College. It is expected this group will: assist in making financial responsible decisions with college resources, review and direct the development of cost/benefit analyses, create a process and structure for prioritization of systems' enhancements. EISSC will review and forward recommendations to College Information Technology Committee regarding requests for new information systems and implementation priorities. Membership will include functional leaders who have decision making authority concerning priorities, staffing and budget, and, responsibility for one or more enterprise information systems.
