Students automatically assigned access except when specifically requesting to be excluded. Faculty and Employee's provided access when administering system and or clubs and organizations. |

Application used by campus event schedulers in the Student, Arts and Physical Education centers to schedule rooms for related campus events and meetings. It allows the scheduler to search for suitable spaces that are available for the required date and time for an event and reserve the space required. Plans are to include College course scheduling data in 2006. |

Approval for client license and a PC which has as a minimum: OS - Windows 2000, Windows XP, CPU - 333 MHz minimum, RAM - 64 MB minimum, Hard disk space - 600 Mb minimum, Oracle 9i client (to be installed with R25), Crystal Reports 8.5 runtime (to be installed with R25). Cannot be installed if there is a need on the PC for a lower version of Crystal Reports. |
