Student Information Systems
System Specifics Access Documentation
Datatel Student Information System (SIS) This system is the school's system of record for all student demographic, course, grades, degree, financial and financial aid information. Direct access to the administrative office staff. Submit the form available at Datatel Account Request, agree to conditions noted, and successfully complete Datatel 101/102 basic training. Datatel Basic Manual in Outlook Public Folder, IS Group, subfolder Documents, subfolder Manuals.

Datatel Student Information System Web Advisor This system provides web inquiry access to Prospective Students (Applicants) and Faculty to the Datatel Student Information System. Faculty Advisors are automatically provided access. Prospective Students (Applicants) are provided access through the Admissions Office. Student Portal (MyKSC)
System Specifics Access Documentation
MyKSC MyKSC is a web portal, which serves as a primary means of communication between Keene State College and its students. It is the place to access your grades, register for courses, view your transcript and class schedule and includes e-mail, calendars, web pages KSC clubs, campus announcements and news items. Students automatically assigned access except when specifically requesting to be excluded. Faculty and Employee's provided access when administering system and or clubs and organizations. Banner GL Financial General Ledger for KSC and USNH run on Banner software and administered by UNH. Accounts are issued upon request of department head based upon job requirements. Submit request available at Banner Finance Account Request. Financial related documentation and help through the USNH Financial Gateway.

QuikPAY E-Commerce web payment system hosted by infiNET Corp. for KSC and all USNH schools. Students are provided access to their Tuition & Fees bills automatically through KSC's Student Information System.
Students can provide access to anyone else by setting up Authorized Payers. Bursar Office has administrative access and can set up Customer Service and Reporter access.

Events Registration & Payment System
System Specifics Access Documentation
EVENTS USNH system for tracking and processing (including payments) web registration to one time and/or minimally repetitive events based upon user setup rules. Any USNH school event manager after approval by Campus ePOC rep and EPOC committee. Submit justification to Campus ePOC rep, Karen House, 603-358-2045, for approval and processing. On line documentation and help available from UNH RCC.
Physical Plant Systems
System Specifics Access Documentation
MP2 Full service vendor provided network hosted maintenance management system that is used for Work Order processing and maintenance and material and office supplies inventory. Work requests are reported to and enter into the system by a designated person(s) who are responsibility for building related services via Work Order system. Physical plant personnel have access for work order generation and maintenance and inventory control. Documentation and assistance provided by the vendor Data Stream Systems, Inc. and Ralph Palmer from Physical Plant.
DBA assistance from IT EIS Team.
FASER Vendor supplied and supported department hosted Sybase utility (gas, water sewer, trash, recycling, oil, electric) accounting system use by Physical Plant personnel. Access limited to Physical Plant personnel (Ralph Palmer). Documentation and assistance provided by the vendor Good Steward Software, LLC and Ralph Palmer of Physical Plant.

Campus Safety Systems
System Specifics Access Documentation
ARMS Network hosted system used by Campus Safety for safety logs and to track and report incidents. Access limited to and controlled by Campus Safety personnel. Documentation and assistance provided by the vendor End2End, Inc. and Joel Huntley of Campus Safety.
IParq (Sacpay) Web based full service system for requesting, validating eligibility and issuing Parking permits and also entering, appealing and or paying for violations. Students, faculty, and staff are eligible to log into the system to apply for parking permits and appeal and or pay for violations.
Campus Safety personnel have access to validate eligibility and enter citations information.
Documentation and assistance provided by the vendor iParq and Campus Safety.
Student Affairs Systems
System Specifics Access Documentation
Protégé Network based system used only by the Counseling Center to schedule client appointments, record client contact information, and generate reports. Access only provided to Counseling Center personnel by Candice Wiggum and Anne McMillan. Documentation and assistance provided by the vendor Ranft Database Systems Inc.
MedicatXpress Vendor hosted system used only by Health Services for scheduling, encounter management, and reporting of client information. Access provided only to Health Services personnel by Christine Burke. Documentation and assistance provided by the vendor Nuesoft.
Athletic Training Database Department developed and maintained FoxPro Maker system for entry, storage, and downloading of student health questionnaire, injury and treatment plan information. Access is provided only for Athletic Coaches by Bob Merrow, Head Athletic Trainer. Information on this system only available from Bob Merrow.
Admissions Systems
System Specifics Access Documentation
CollegeNet Web based vendor hosted system to assist perspective students to find and apply and pay application deposit on line for admissions to a college. Open access for perspective students. Reference information maintained by Admissions Office. Support provided by vendor CollegeNet with Admissions Office.
Advancement Systems
System Specifics Access Documentation
Benefactor Vendor provided, KSC hosted and maintained, system for use of Advancement Office to maintain and report advancement information such as alumni demographics, fund raising campaigns, contributions. Direct access to the administrative office staff. Submit the form available at Datatel Account Request, agree to conditions noted, and successfully complete Datatel 101/102 basic training. Documentation provided by Datatel vendor.
System Administrative support provided by IT EIS Team and Datatel vendor.
Functional support provided by Advancement Application Specialist Beth Martin.
Classroom and Activities Spaces Scheduling Systems
System Specifics Access Documentation
Resource 25 Application used by campus event schedulers in the Student, Arts and Physical Education centers to schedule rooms for related campus events and meetings. It allows the scheduler to search for suitable spaces that are available for the required date and time for an event and reserve the space required. Plans are to include College course scheduling data in 2006. Campus Schedulers in the Student Center, Arts and Physical Education. College staff who plan & or schedule events in these venues. In 2006, College staff who prepare course schedules.

Approval for client license and a PC which has as a minimum: OS - Windows 2000, Windows XP, CPU - 333 MHz minimum, RAM - 64 MB minimum, Hard disk space - 600 Mb minimum, Oracle 9i client (to be installed with R25), Crystal Reports 8.5 runtime (to be installed with R25). Cannot be installed if there is a need on the PC for a lower version of Crystal Reports.
