CITC Charge
The College Information Technology Committee (CITC) is charged with planning and reviewing the College's progress in technology implementation and use. The CITC recommends to the President or appropriate Principal Administrator of Keene State College in matters concerning campus technology. The CITC is composed of representatives from Academic Affairs, Advancement, Executive, Finance and Planning, Student Affairs and student representatives, including representation from the Academic Technology Steering Committee and the Enterprise Information Services Steering Committee. CITC is chaired by the Chief Information Officer. The charge to the CITC includes:
- Recommend to the President or appropriate Principal Administrator information technology policies;
- Recommend to the President a College technology plan or changes thereto;
- Align campus IT initiatives with USNH Long Range Technology Plan;
- Determine the need to initiate changes independent of or in parallel with USNH; and
- Respond to recommendations of the Academic Technology Steering Committee and the Enterprise Information Systems Steering Committee, and consults with other campus groups to obtain feedback and ensure different perspectives are considered in setting IT policies.
Ways to accomplish this charge include:
- Work with other campus committees to organize technology forums to discuss technology applications or training opportunities for the campus community;
- Track changes in Information Technology use and best practices to identify priorities and develop strategies; and
- Sponsor ad hoc studies on strategic uses of IT.

- Enterprise Information Systems Steering Committee (3 representatives with two coming from Executive and/or SA divisions)
