Prudence Cuper is Professor of Education. She holds a BS in Education from Centenary College and both a Master’s and Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction from North Carolina State University. Pru joined Keene State College in 2003.
Elizabeth Dolinger is Assistant Professor, Information Literacy Librarian in the Mason Library. She designs and coordinates the library’s instruction program and works with faculty to develop students’ information literacy. Elizabeth earned a BA in History from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and a Masters in Library & Information Science from Simmons College. She joined the college in 2010.
Susan Ericson-West is a Grants Administrator in the Office of Sponsored Project & Research. She also provides administrative support for the Center for Engagement, Learning & Teaching (CELT). She is currently serving as the Chair of the Operating Staff Council. Susie holds a BA in Theatre with concentrations in Acting and Musical Theatre from the University of New Hampshire and a Master’s in Organizational Management from Antioch University, New England. Susie joined Keene State in 1989.
Ann Gagnon is the Executive Assistant to the President of Keene State College. Ann earned a BA in Communications with a minor in Management from Keene State College. She joined the College in 2003 having worked in private industry in the areas of community and government relations.
Nicholas Germana is Associate Professor of History. He graduated from Keene State with a BA in history in 1997, and earned his PhD in European Intellectual History from Boston College in 2006. Nick is currently serving as the Coordinator of Undergraduate Research and Creative Endeavors for the School of Arts and Humanities and as the Director of the History Department Honors Program. Nick joined Keene State in 2006.
Pat Halloran is Director of Academic and Career Advising. Pat earned a BS in Elementary and Special Education from Boston College, a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from Keene State College and is currently working on her Doctorate in Learning, Leadership and Community at Plymouth State University. She joined Keene State College in1992.
Wayne Hartz is Associate Professor of Safety and Occupational Health Applied Sciences and is the Interim Dean of Professional and Graduate Studies. Wayne earned an MPS in Agriculture at Cornell University and a PhD in Leadership and Change from Antioch University. Following 21 years of experience in risk management, he transitioned to Keene State in 2004.
Loren Launen is Associate Professor of Biology. Loren holds a BSc in biomedical toxicology from the University of Guelph, in Guelph, Ontario, Canada and earned her PhD in Biology at Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, BC, Canada. Loren conducted post-doctoral research in her area of expertise, environmental microbiology, at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey. She joined Keene State College in 2005.
Anne-Marie Mallon, Chair of the search committee, is Professor of English and Women’s Studies. She served on the council that helped create the Keene State College Honors Program and is Director of the Travelli-Ayling Scholarship Program. Anne-Marie received a BA from Fordham University, a Master of Arts from the University of Notre Dame, and a PhD in American Literature from the University of Notre Dame. Anne-Marie joined the College in 1985.
Niall Moran is Assistant Professor of Sociology in the Department of Sociology, Anthropology and Criminology. Niall completed his undergraduate and doctoral degrees at the National University of Ireland, Maynooth. He is serving on the search committee on the behalf of the Keene State College Education Association.
Patricia Pedroza is Assistant Professor of Women’s Studies, American Studies and Interdisciplinary Studies. Patricia earned her master’s degree from the School for International Training in Vermont and her Doctorate from Union Institute & University where she researched the relationship between Chicana feminism and feminist pedagogy. Patricia came to Keene State College as a visiting teacher in 1999.
Elizabeth Pockl is a senior at Keene State College majoring in Political Science and an intern at the International Institute of New Hampshire. She volunteers as a Big Sister with the Big Brother Big Sister organization, is a Group Leader with Keene State’s Alternative Spring Break program, an Orientation Leader for incoming students and also works as a Peer Advisor.
Kelly Ricaurte is Media Relations Manager at Keene State College. Kelly earned a BA in Communications and Business from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Master of Public Administration from George Washington University. She joined the College in 2011 after working in marketing and communications for more than 10 years in the environmental nonprofit sector and high-tech industry.
Karen Stanish is Assistant Professor of Mathematics and also serves as the Mathematics Department Chair and the College Senate Chair. Karen earned a BS in Math/Computer Science from Stonehill College and a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Virginia. She joined Keene State in 2002.
Cathryn Turrentine is Director of Institutional Research. She holds a BA in German from the University of Texas, a Master of Social Studies in Latin American history from Mississippi State University, a PhD in education also from Mississippi State, and a Master of Divinity from Boston University. Cathy has worked in institutional research and assessment since 1998, first at Virginia Tech, then at Bridgewater State University before joining Keene State in 2011.
Gail M. Zimmerman is Associate Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students at Keene State College. She has worked in higher education for more than 25 years in a variety of student support roles. Gail holds a BS in Biology from D’Youville College, a Master’s in Student Personnel Administration and a Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from the University of Massachusetts Boston. Gail joined Keene State College in 2009.
