Will Ferguson, Graduate of Keene State’s Sustainable Product Design and Innovation program: I thoroughly enjoyed the Sustainable Product Design and Innovation program at Keene State. Learning to work in teams and to take an idea from creative concept to rapid prototype through to manufacturing with state of the art equipment has proved invaluable to my manufacturing engineering position at Hitchiner Manufacturing.

Brandon Leedberg, Manufacturing Engineer at Astronics AeroSat Corporation: While I was a student majoring in Sustainable Product Design and Innovation, I interned at Hitchiner Manufacturing. This provided me with the opportunity to work in a manufacturing environment to see how challenges are faced every day. Now, in my role at Astronics AeroSat, that experience at Hitchiner, combined with my education at Keene State has allow me to help with trouble shooting, problem solving and improving quality and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.

Carl Johnson, class of 2008: Directly after graduation, I started full time at Adimab, LLC, a company leading the charge in antibody discovery. I am a member of the High Through-put Engineering team which is responsible for antibody production and process development. I am also currently a member of the Platform Transfer Team. Because of the background Keene State provided me, I was able to not only secure a job at this great company but have been able to move up to more demanding opportunities.
