Dean's List
Did I make it onto the Dean's List?
At the end of each semester, matriculated students who complete a semester with a minimum of six credits of indexable (not pass/fail) grades, earn a semester grade point average of 3.5 or higher, receive no failing grades nor grades of Incomplete, and have no missing grades, will be placed on the Dean's List.
Will my hometown paper learn if I'm on the Dean's List?
In January and May, the Marketing and Communications Office sends the names of Dean's List students to their hometown newspapers. Unfortunately, not all papers use this information, or they print it many weeks later. For more information, please contact the Marketing and Communications Office at 603-358-2102.
Students with an "option 2 privacy hold" will not have this honor publicly acknowledged.
Graduation
How many tickets can I get for Commencement?
Tickets are not necessary for Commencement unless weather forces it inside. Indoor seating will be limited to a small number of guests per student (4 or 5). A decision to move the ceremony indoors will be made by Friday morning before Commencement; it will be posted at www.keene.edu/commencement and on MyKSC.
Inclement Weather
The Commencement Ceremony will be held outside on Fiske Quad. You are strongly encouraged to check the weather forecast for Saturday and dress appropriately. We are known to experience all types of weather on Commencement Day. But, remember, this is New England and the weather can change quickly. Please check the forecast and dress accordingly. There are indoor viewing areas available for those guests who need to be out of the weather.
Other Questions
How do I find out if my class was canceled?
It’s good to be familiar with KSC’s inclement weather policy, which describes the campuswide response to bad weather. For a list of individually reported cancellations, click here.
Can I order my books online?
