About PDF Files
From many web pages you can download PDF or Portable Document Files, which you can read on your
computer or print on your printer using Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0. Most web browsers come with
Acrobat Reader already installed. If you do not have it, you should follow the instructions below
to install Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer. This can be done with a few simple clicks.
Please take a moment to read the directions before you get started. Once you have installed Acrobat
Reader, you will be able to download and read any PDF file from the Web. Many KSC documents are
available in this format.
To see if you have Acrobat Reader, simply click on a link to a PDF file. It
should automatically open in your browser window. If it does not, or if you get an error message,
please download and install the latest version of
Acrobat Reader as
outlined in the instructions below.

Troubleshooting
If you continue to have difficulties after downloading and installing the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader,
please make a copy of any error messages you receive and send an e-mail to the webmaster@keene.edu.
