  • Clarke Distributors Inc. Safety Studies Scholarship Endowment
    This scholarship was established in 1999 to support the Safety Studies program at Keene State College by the Clarke family, proud distributors of Anheuser-Busch products in the Keene community since 1949. The scholarship, which provides financial assistance and recognition to Keene State College Safety Studies majors, is an expression of the Clarke family's commitment to inspire the legal and responsible use of alcoholic beverages.
  • Markem-Imaje Scholarship: Supporting Exceptional Promise in Chemistry and TDS
    This award was established in 2012 to commemorate the creation of the Technology, Design, and Safety Center at Keene State College, and recognizes outstanding students who demonstrate excellence and passion in Chemistry, Sustainable Product Design & Innovation, or Safety Studies. The purpose of this scholarship is to recognize and foster excellence in the fields of chemistry, sustainable product design & innovation, and safety studies by providing scholarship support to students demonstrating distinction in their respective fields during the 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 academic years. During each of these academic years, three recipients will be selected, with one recipient majoring in chemistry, one recipient majoring in sustainable product design & innovation, and one recipient majoring in safety studies.
  • Bruce LeVine Mellion '69 TDS Experience Award for Excellence in Architecture, Safety Studies, and SPDI
    The Bruce LeVine Mellion '69 TDS Experience Award for Excellence in Architecture, Safety Studies, and Sustainable Product Design and Innovation annually recognizes three exceptional students majoring (one each) in Architecture, Safety Studies, and/or Sustainable Product Design and Innovation who have demonstrated superior academic achievement and a commitment to share one's experiences through mentoring and/or community service. The award recognizes the rigors and commitment needed to be successful in these technical programs of distinction and serves to inspire student recipients to continue their educational pursuits and to share their knowledge in deliberate and meaningful ways with their student colleagues and others. Awards shall be based on merit and achievement. Financial need may be considered but is not a prerequisite to receiving this award. Consideration for this award shall be given to three students annually with one each majoring in Architecture, Safety Studies, and Sustainable Product Design and Innovation. Applicants must be full-time matriculated students and be on track to become seniors at the time the award is received. Applicants will be identified and encouraged to apply by members of the TDS Faculty. Students are also encouraged to self-nominate. Recipients will be selected annually by the academic chairs of the Architecture, Safety Studies, and Sustainable Product Design and Innovation programs in coordination with Keene State College's Financial Aid Office in accordance with all criteria outlined in this document.
  • NH Public Risk Management Exchange Safety Studies Leadership Award Endowment
    This award, established in 1997 as part of the creation of the National Grange Mutual (NGM) Safety Center at Keene State College, honors outstanding New Hampshire Safety Studies students. New Hampshire Public Risk Management Exchange (Primex) is an organization that develops innovative risk management solutions in partnership with public employers and other interested parties.
  • Safety Center
    NGM Safety Center at Keene State College was established in 1996 to enhance our national reputation as a leader in safety management education. Occupational and consumer product safety are integral components for the survival of companies in today's world economy. With the facilities provided in the Safety Center, students work with the latest innovations in safety technology. The Safety Center at Keene State College houses Industrial Hygiene labs and Research facilities, Driving Simulators that can be programmed for industrial training, a Ergonomics Lab, a Ventilation Lab and Construction Safety Lab containing a Drager Confined Space Training Gallery. This will be used to fund materials, equipment, provide state of the art technology and ensure the department consists of only the most skilled safety professionals.
  • Safety Studies Program Endowment
    This endowment was created during the Safety Simulation Center capital fund effort. The purpose of this fund shall be to provide financial support to the Safety Studies Program
