Women's Educational Opportunity GrantThis scholarship is intended for women whose educational goals are intended to improve their opportunities for career advancement, with resultant improved economic self-sufficiency. All candidates must meet two qualifications: demonstrated financial need and declared intent to pursue a program of studies which has the potential of enhancing the candidate's employability, earning power, career mobility or potential for career advancement. This program of studies need not lead to a college degree. Preference will be given to women who are working, single heads of households. Alphabetical Listing of restricted funds
