Frank H. Blackington Jr. Language Proficiency Award EndowmentThis endowment was established in 1964 by the family and friends of Frank H. Blackington Jr., who was a member of the Keene State College faculty for 41 years and who specialized in foreign languages. Consideration for this award shall be given to seniors who demonstrate exceptional foreign language proficiency. Recipients of this award shall be selected by the Keene State College Modern Language Department faculty in consultation with the Vice President of Academic Affairs and the Office of Student Financial Services.
