Bruce LeVine Mellion '69 TDS Experience Award for Excellence in Architecture, Safety Studies, and SPDIThe Bruce LeVine Mellion '69 TDS Experience Award for Excellence in Architecture, Safety Studies, and Sustainable Product Design and Innovation annually recognizes three exceptional students majoring (one each) in Architecture, Safety Studies, and/or Sustainable Product Design and Innovation who have demonstrated superior academic achievement and a commitment to share one's experiences through mentoring and/or community service. The award recognizes the rigors and commitment needed to be successful in these technical programs of distinction and serves to inspire student recipients to continue their educational pursuits and to share their knowledge in deliberate and meaningful ways with their student colleagues and others. Awards shall be based on merit and achievement. Financial need may be considered but is not a prerequisite to receiving this award. Consideration for this award shall be given to three students annually with one each majoring in Architecture, Safety Studies, and Sustainable Product Design and Innovation. Applicants must be full-time matriculated students and be on track to become seniors at the time the award is received. Applicants will be identified and encouraged to apply by members of the TDS Faculty. Students are also encouraged to self-nominate. Recipients will be selected annually by the academic chairs of the Architecture, Safety Studies, and Sustainable Product Design and Innovation programs in coordination with Keene State College's Financial Aid Office in accordance with all criteria outlined in this document.
