Human Relations Laboratory
This group experience is for anyone interested in learning more about themselves, especially in
relationship to others.
Goals:
Increase personal awareness and improve relationships

Finding the Goddess Within
This women's group is designed to:
*Give yourself time to take care of yourself each week
*Create a deeper connection with yourself
*Find your inner voice
*Connect to a sense of spirituality within yourself
*Allow yourself to feel empowered and to feel proud of your feminine nature
*Open your heart, your mind, and your spirit to witness this part of your journey

people. Groups will be scheduled according to students' availability. Supported by student fees.
Student Leadership Opportunities
Mentors in Violence Prevention (MVP) Peer Education Program
Work with your peers to end sexual violence. Provide programs (in teams) to various student groups
on campus. Trainings for new members each semester.

Critical Incident Support Team (CIST)
Learn more about the impact of trauma, stress and the skills for dealing with traumatic events.
Assist the team in the event of a critical incident. Be a liaison between students and the team.

Active Minds
Increase awareness of mental health issues by providing information and resources to the Campus. Encourage
students to seek help when needed.
