Registration Cost: The cost of registration is $100 for the full conference or $50 for registration for one day.

Directions/Parking: Driving directions to Keene State College. Conference attendees may park in the Madison St. parking lot off of Winchester St. or the Elliot parking lot off of Wyman Way.

Registration Check-in: Look for COPLAC Registration signs when you arrive on Campus. Registration Check-in will take place in the Lloyd P. Young Student Center, Atrium Conference Room which is located on the first floor. Registration hours are: Friday, June 19 from 3:00 - 6:00 pm, Saturday, June 20, from 7:30 - 9:00 am and Sunday, June 21 from 8:00 - 9:00 am.

Friday night dinner: There will be a reception for all conference attendees on Friday night in the Thorne-Sagendorph Art Gallery from 5:00 - 6:30 pm. Dinner will not be served on-campus that evening however, conference attendees are encouraged to dine at Downtown Keene restaurants which are a short walk from the campus. Reservations have been made at a number of the restaurants. Please check the information table at the art gallery for menus and sign up sheets for the restaurants.

Gift exchange: The COPLAC gift exchange will follow dinner on Sunday, June 21, in the Zorn Dining Commons. Please bring a gift from your institution to participate in the gift exchange. Suggested gifts may include: apparel, blankets, and tote bags.

Downtown Keene: There are a number of restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques located on Main St. in downtown Keene, within walking distance of the college.

Weather: The month of June statistically sees temperatures in the mid 70s during the day and upper 50s at night with possible mild showers. A light jacket and umbrella may come in handy.

Dress: Business Casual.

Spaulding Gym hours: Friday until 6:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 7:00-9:00 a.m. and 4:00-6:00 p.m. Meeting participants who would like to use the facilities will be required to show their COPLAC name tag to the desk attendant.
