Programs for Children at Keene State College
Kids on Campus
View the Kids on Campus 2008 brochure for class descriptions. Kids on Campus sessions run half a day for one week, either in the morning (9 am-noon) or afternoon (1-4 pm). Most classes are divided into three age groups, for students entering 1st-3rd grade, entering 4th-6th grade, and entering 7th-9th grade. Parents walk students to the classroom and pick them up from that same location. Parents supply snacks and drinks for break time and lunch for students staying a full day. Keene State staff meet all-day students after morning class, accompanying them to the lunch area before walking them to afternoon classes. Register online here for Kids On Campus! Payment Online Registration IS performed on a secure server, but if you prefer not to use your credit card on the Web, you can print the form, fill it out by hand, and send with Visa/MasterCard information or personal check (payable to Keene State College) to: Keene State College, Office of Continuing Education, 229 Main St., Keene NH, 03435-2605. BACK for SUMMER 2008!Camp Vision, August 11-15, 2008 Camp Vision works to improve the self esteem of our campers through a mentoring relationship with our counselors who also have learning disabilities. Further, art empowerment, independent learning projects, and high adventure activities help campers gain self esteem and self advocacy skills that are imperative to success both in and outside of the classroom. If interested in Camp Vision, parents or guardians should print and complete the registration form included in the Camp Vision Brochure and the Parent and Child Sheet listed below. For any questions, please email Heather Jasmin.
