Love and Marriage (ITW-101)
This course presumes that by virtue of being human, we each hold great potential for loving, and that most choose to engage that potential in the context of a committed, intimate partnership. But while so many long for love, it can seem out of reach. Why is this? This course will invite students to engage this question as they come to appreciate the social, psychological, emotional, spiritual, and practical issues that relationships often raise. The aim of the course is to connect students with their inborn potential to love, so they may move into the world of relationships with an even greater confidence in their ability to love than they already have.
