Lifestyle in the Media (ITW-101)

How are lifestyles represented in today's media? How are they related to our identities in consumer society? This course invites students to approach the concept of lifestyle through analyses of contemporary film and television texts, considering the relation between lifestyle and questions of class, gender, racial and ethnic differences.
