Down & Dirty Graphic Design (ART-455)
Down and Dirty: A Low-Tech, Low-Budget Graphic Design Workshop Turn off the computer and turn on your creativity. Getting off the computer is sometimes good for graphic designers. In this class students will engage in concept development while learning and develop typography without the computer. This low-tech, low-budget class will also introduce certain restrictions regarding budget and timeframes, aspects that design professionals often have to consider. Ultimately, students will create a unique piece that houses the work produced during this class by using various traditional book binding techniques.
