The Festival Advisory Board was created in 1990. With the Festival continuing to attract a larger audience and the difficulties this was causing, we wanted advice on trying to structure a new format and how we could continue to provide a high quality program. Since most people attending the conference are from the New England states, we decided to have one representative for each state. Board members serve three-year terms and are selected from individuals regularly attending the Festival. In appreciation of their contributions and involvement, we give each member one complimentary ticket for the Festival each year during the term and an invitation to the Saturday night dinner party for the guest speakers.
